Premium shrimp, peeled and deveined, butterflied, fully breaded and coated with a unique oven crunchy batter & breading combination. Bakes in only 10 minutes to give a crisp and crunchy coating with a tender bite inside. Count per pound is 31-40 shrimp per pound.

Designed for the operator who wants to serve fried shrimp but does not have deep fry equipment. No mess, no fuss, no hot oil to dispose of.
