Bar Strainers & Funnels

Bar strainers are used when pouring mixed drinks back into a glass, separating fruit pulp, ice, or other ingredients from the juice or liquid. A type of sieve, these strainers are placed on top of and inside the rim of the glass or shaker in which the drink was prepared to insure no mess pouring and easy cleanup of pulp or ice.
