Toastmaster radiant gas char-broilers are meticulously crafted to be the most cost-effective and versatile countertop char-broilers within the food service industry. They deliver unparalleled performance by integrating a proven control system with the enduring quality and durability that defines Toastmaster.

Constructed with a stainless-steel front panel and reinforced aluminized steel side panels, this 24” gas char-broiler ensures durability and resilience. Every 12”, an individually controlled, corrosion-resistant burner supplies up to 30,000 BTU/hr (8.8Kw) of heat. The cooking surface is made of heavy-duty cast iron with two grid mark widths on opposite sides, allowing for versatile grilling options. The cooking surface can be easily adjusted for level or slanted grilling as needed.

A standing pilot is provided for convenience, and a full-width water pan is included for effective grease management. The control knobs are protected by a stainless-steel bull nose front, adding an extra layer of safety. This char-broiler comes with 4” high die-cast nickel-plated legs with a 1-3/8” adjustment to suit various countertop heights.

The gas connection is 3/4” N.P.T. (male), and a convertible regulator is supplied along with a conversion kit for LP gas, offering flexibility in fuel options. These units are UL Gas Certified for the U.S. and Canada, and they are UL listed to NSF4 standard, ensuring adherence to industry safety and quality standards.
